The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the center. The staff were really nice and once we arrived the receptionist gave us map of the city and told us all the highlights of Florence. We were following his recommendations and didn't regret it. The room itself is clean and the mattresses were comfortable. Our room has a garden view so there isn't any noise comming from the street. The balcony is super cute.

We stayed in 2 different bedrooms (we decided we wanted to stay one night longer). Both had their own shower, one its own toilet. The rooms were really nice and clean. Nice staff, at checkin we got a map and information about the city and at checkout we were offered the option of leaving our luggage. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay again. Neighbourhood felt safe to walk, even at night.

The hotel is quite well located: a 20-minute walk to the historic center, with a direct evening bus that goes directly from the train station to the hotel. The room was spacious, with a private shower. The shared toilet was always clean. The staff were super friendly and offered many good recommendations of things to do in the city!

Hotel Masaccio was incredibly welcoming, with staff almost always on reception and happy to help with directions, they were kind enough to give us a map with directions to our concert venue. The rooms with painted walls and ceilings are absolutely gorgeous, we could look at these all day! We also had a balcony which was beautiful and gave you a lovely few of the hills in Florence!

Single room with a lovely view from the window. The bathroom was small but modern and the shower was good. The terrace looked nice, and the area is quiet but convenient. All the staff were helpful.

Good hotel to stay on 1 night. Good location, just 20 minutes to the center of the city. The staff is wonderful, always ready to help and ask questions.

The staff was very friendly and easy going. Thanks to their recommendations, I was able to find lovely places to eat and drink in town. The house has a lovely tiny balcony in the reception area with a nice view on the garden.
